Contribution & Refund Policy

Contributions to the Fit 845 Membership Assistance Fund are voluntary payments made to Fit 845 LLC, a for-profit limited liability company. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fit 845 covers all payment processing fees, so 100% of your contribution is credited to the studio fund you select.

Fit 845 matches every contribution dollar-for-dollar. If you contribute $50, an additional $50 is credited to the studio fund from Fit 845, for a total of $100 in available member assistance.

Fit 845 LLC is not a nonprofit organization, charitable foundation, or 501(c)(3). Contributions are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations. Please consult your tax advisor regarding any tax treatment.

Contributions are designated to the studio fund you selected at checkout and are held by Fit 845 LLC for use as member assistance at that studio. Member assistance decisions are made by Fit 845 in its sole discretion, based on a good-faith assessment of demonstrated need, the information provided in each request, available fund balances, and program rules.

If a designated studio fund is closed, paused, or otherwise unable to use a contribution, Fit 845 may reallocate the contribution to another participating studio fund.

Contributions are generally non-refundable once processed. We will, however, consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or accidental contribution: you contributed more than once in error, or in an amount you did not intend. Request a refund within 14 days of the charge.
• Unauthorized charge: a contribution was made on your payment method without your authorization. Report it as soon as you discover it.
• Processing error: a technical issue caused you to be charged incorrectly.

To request a refund, email hello@fit845.com with the date of the contribution, the amount, the studio fund, and the email used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe; the corresponding Fit 845 match is reversed.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than your bank. Disputed charges that result in chargebacks may cause the corresponding match to be reversed and may affect your ability to contribute in the future.

A confirmation receipt is emailed automatically when your contribution is processed. The receipt shows the contribution amount, the Fit 845 match, the total impact, the studio fund, and a receipt number. Contact us if you need a duplicate copy.
