If you're experiencing temporary financial hardship and need help keeping your membership active, we're here for you. Submit a request below and a manager from your studio may contact you within 2 business days. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Eligibility:Membership assistance is only available to members on a recurring monthly membership with auto-pay enabled. It is not available for class packs, drop-ins, or memberships booked through third-party platforms such as ClassPass, WellHub, or similar services.

Supporting document (optional)

Not required, but uploading evidence of your financial situation — such as a job layoff or termination letter, a recent medical bill, an eviction or utility shutoff notice, or similar documentation — helps us evaluate your request more quickly. PDF or image, up to 8MB. Your document is stored privately and only reviewed by FIT 845 staff and the studio team handling your request.

The FIT 845 Membership Assistance Fund is a company-administered member assistance program operated by FIT 845 LLC, a for-profit limited liability company. It is not a nonprofit, charitable foundation, or 501(c)(3). Membership assistance approval is discretionary and not guaranteed.
