Not required, but uploading evidence of your financial situation — such as a job layoff or termination letter, a recent medical bill, an eviction or utility shutoff notice, or similar documentation — helps us evaluate your request more quickly. PDF or image, up to 8MB. Your document is stored privately and only reviewed by Fit 845 staff and the studio team handling your request.
